Documents required:

To facilitate the transfer of title and registration of a trailer under your ownership, we require the submission of the following documents:

1. Original title, duly signed by both the seller and the buyer, with dates affixed.
2. Desired name for the new title holder.
3. Address for inclusion on the new title.
4. Mailing address, if distinct from the aforementioned address.
5. Purchase price of the vehicle.
6. Current odometer reading, where applicable.
7. Social Security Number (SSN) if the title is to be registered under an individual’s name, or Employer Identification Number (EIN) if under a corporate name.
8. Driver’s License Number (DL #) of the new vehicle owner.
9. Details of any lienholder, including name and address, if applicable.
10. Name and address of the company to which the vehicle will be leased.

Upon receipt of the original title at our office, and provided there are no complications associated with it, we can issue a 90-day temporary trailer registration.
