Our Renewal Assistance service entails the provision of reminders and support throughout the renewal process, ensuring that clients meet all necessary requirements in a timely manner to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and avoid penalties. Our dedicated team manages the entire renewal paperwork process, streamlining the submission of necessary documents and updating registration information as required. We understand the critical nature of adhering to renewal deadlines and strive to facilitate a seamless experience for our clients, minimizing any potential disruptions to their operations. For clients seeking to renew their existing registrations, we kindly request the submission of the following documents:- Copy of the current registration or the official renewal notification received from the Secretary of State.
- Safety Carrier DOT# and Safety Carrier TIN#.
- Detailed records of total miles traveled in each state during the period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023. This may include IFTA reports for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2022, as well as the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2023, or alternative documentation such as trip reports, statements, or log books for the specified timeframe.
- Highway Use Tax (Form 2290) for all vehicles intended for renewal. Acceptable HWY Use Taxes should pertain to the period spanning 2023-2024, with clear visibility of the IRS stamp or e-file logo.
- Notification of any changes to the client’s address within the preceding 12 months.
